Talk to an engineer who builds the software.
Pick a time for a question that needs a conversation rather than a demo: whether your machines can be read, whether a project is worth scoping, what an integration would touch. There is no routing behind the calendar: the person you reach builds the software.

Or write to one address.
None of it is required. Three lines in the first message are what turn the first reply from a set of questions into a set of answers.

- Subject
- A question about our plant
- 01What you make, and how it runsDiscrete, batch or continuous. Shifts. Changeovers.
- 02How many machines, and how they are readA rough count, and what reads them today.
- 03What you use today, and what is wrong with itSpreadsheet, ERP, paper or nothing, and the complaint.
- 01
Discrete parts, batches or continuous product; how many shifts; whether the line changes over often. It tells us which of the OEE factors is likely to be the interesting one before we have seen a single number.
- 02
Even a rough count with a note like “four presses on Siemens, two older ones with nothing” is enough to size the acquisition work. This is the single most useful sentence you can send us.
- 03
A spreadsheet, an ERP transaction, paper, or nothing. The complaint matters more than the tool: “the numbers arrive too late to act on” and “nobody believes the numbers” are different problems with different fixes.

- One working day
After a message, three steps, none of them a qualification call.
A written question gets a written answer first, because most first questions can be answered in writing and because it leaves you something to forward to a colleague.

You get a written answer
Usually within one working day, from someone who has read the whole message. If the answer is that we are not the right fit, that is the reply you get, and it arrives just as fast.
- 02
We ask about the equipment
What the machines are, how old, and whether anything reads them today. This is the part that determines whether a project is two weeks or two months, and it is almost never in the first message.

A call, if there is something to discuss
Screen shared, engineer present, your plant on the agenda rather than our roadmap. If the written exchange has already settled it, we will say so rather than booking a call to celebrate.
